Overview of the role As a Finance & Insurance Manager, you will manage the Finance & Insurance sales and processes of a designated sales team within the dealer network. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales revenue targets set by the Dealer Principal or Account Relationship Manager. You will work closely with dealer sales management to optimize sales of value-added products, RV-based products, and finance products through partner banks. Ensuring compliance with company and Central Bank regulations, you will prioritize customer engagement and maintain accurate customer data. What you will do

  • Manage Finance & Insurance sales processes and achieve sales revenue targets.
  • Provide weekly/monthly Finance & Insurance reports and assist in the sale of new and used vehicles.
  • Optimize sales of value-added products and RV-based products.
  • Ensure compliance with company and Central Bank regulations.
  • Maintain accurate customer data on Connect/CenterPoint systems.
  • Collaborate with dealer sales management to achieve targets.
  • Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews with Dealer Principal/Sales Manager.
  • Train sales executives in Finance & Insurance products, processes, and systems.
  • Engage with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.
Required skills to be successful
  • Having a University Degree
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Finance & Insurance processes, structure, systems, and methodology.
  • Understanding of RV-based finance products and leasing renewal processes.
  • Ability to manage sales staff and ensure continuity of referral processes.
  • Strong market knowledge of Islamic/Conventional funding and insurance products.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with Microsoft proficiency.
  • Previous automotive experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
About the team You will be part of a dynamic sales team within the Al-Futtaim automotive division. The team is dedicated to providing the best ownership and user-ship solutions for all customers. As an F&I Manager, you will collaborate closely with dealership staff to enhance customer experience and handle feedback and complaints related to F&I products and services.   • Strong understanding of auto sales processes at the dealer level in the UAE.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in synergy with the team.
  • Ability to present, advise, and communicate Finance & Insurance products and services to B2C customers.
  • Knowledge of competitor consumer offers, rates, and market strategies.
  • Ability to influence and gain financial commitment from customers.
