Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description Assists the GQAM and SQAO in the implementing, monitoring and maintaining of the established Management System in the assigned branch laboratory. Prepares Annual Internal Audit Plan and Internal Audit Schedule and conducts the Internal Audit based on the approved schedule. Subsequently monitors the overall execution and status of the Internal Audit Schedule. Conducts Site Inspection and confirms the extent of site’s compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO / IEC 17025 standards and to the established Management System. Prepares Annual Training Plan and monitors proper execution of the scheduled training. Follow up with the relevant department the completed training records according to scheduled Annual Training Plan. Conducts Management System Training Based on schedule and evaluates effectiveness of training conducted. Responsible for issuing IQC requests and preparing IQC Summaries. Prepares and Maintain Annual plan for IQC. Issues CAPR based on the non-conformity found during the Internal Audit, External Audit compliance to established Management System, Internal Quality Control Program, Proficiency Testing Laboratory, Laboratory processes, etc. Verifies effectiveness of the proposed corrective action implementation from the issued CAPR. Coordinate with the approved vendors’ visit regarding prices and tests specification of samples for subcontracting.
