Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Receive new tender and keep tender register updated.
- Check thoroughly all the documents and acknowledge.
- Request for client registration if applicable.
- Prepare job approval form.
- Request for tender bond if applicable.
- Arrange price quotations for the materials related to the tender requirements for approval.
- Study all the tender documents (technical part and commercial part).
- Prepare technical and commercial clarifications if necessary.
- Conduct site survey and prepare bill of quantity as per scope of works.
