Business Development Executive - FM

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets increase market share in the pest control industry.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify potential customers and competitors in the region.
- Present and promote pest control services to potential clients through direct meetings, phone calls, emails, and presentations.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, negotiations, and contracts based on client needs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to stay updated on market trends and identify potential leads.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies during sales activities.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the pest control industry (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and pest control industry regulations.
