Sales Officer - Personal Finance

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Officer for Personal Finance to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect for new customers by identifying opportunities through various channels (direct visits, referrals, and cold calls).
- Promote and sell the banking products, explaining features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing tailored credit card solutions and personalized service.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and bank’s information.
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

- A minimum of 6 months of experience managing banking products.
- Minimum 1 year in the banking sector.
