Job Description

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Handling customer complaints and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer support.
Providing product information and assisting customers with product usage.
Proactively contacting customers to gather feedback and measure satisfaction.
Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent support.

Desired Candidate Profile

Customer focused. Should be able to acknowledge the complaints and deliver solutions by understanding the company products, app features, and processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with difficult/high-profile customers and stakeholders.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer calling and engagement, preferably in a fast-paced rapid growth environment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer expectations through customer-centricity, resilience, and resourcefulness.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority issues simultaneously.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Self-sponsored visa preferred (Spouse/Parent Sponsorship).
