- Analyze and recommend productivity, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing tools and technologies to enhance operational performance.
- Conduct knowledge audits to identify gaps and create or update materials for retention and proactive knowledge sharing.
- Streamline the collection, organization, and distribution of knowledge using appropriate tools and processes.
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities within business processes and implement solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges, define pain points, and create tailored strategies for streamlined workflows.
- Configure and manage automation tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Maintain a centralized knowledge base, ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and accessible to all ITCAN team members.
- Oversee performance and expense management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Plan and coordinate integration and migration projects for new tools with key stakeholders.
- Develop and enforce standardized guidelines for process documentation.
- Strong experience with process automation tools and AI-driven solutions for business optimization.
- Expertise in data analysis to interpret trends and provide actionable insights for business functions.
- Proficiency in content management systems for routine tasks such as creating, editing, and publishing content.
- Ability to independently plan and implement small-scale change initiatives.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in business optimization, process improvement, or a similar field.
- Familiarity with automation tools, knowledge-sharing platforms, and project management methodologies.
