Role Description To support the strategy department in leading and implementing CSR & ESG to the Momentum Group.

Support the strategy team in developing a CSR Framework and implementing corporate responsibility strategies that align with the company’s mission, values, and business goals.
Identify key areas for corporate responsibility initiatives, including sustainability, diversity and inclusion, ethical supply chain management, and community engagement.
Monitor and evaluate global trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate responsibility to ensure the company’s programs are competitive and impactful.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate corporate responsibility into business operations, policies, and practices.
Develop metrics and KPIs to measure corporate responsibility programs' effectiveness and report progress to senior management.
Lead and undertake partnerships with various NGOs and agree with them on commercial terms where needed.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote corporate responsibility initiatives, including employees, customers, suppliers, NGOs, and community groups.

Skills Required

5 to 7 years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, and related fields, with demonstrated success in managing programs and initiatives.
Strong understanding of corporate responsibility principles, sustainability practices, and ethical business conduct.
Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and driving organisational change.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to corporate responsibility and sustainability in the UAE.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with reporting and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Further education qualifications in relevant fields.
