- Ensure correct Data Entry (Customer contacts, Customer type, all related required information for pre-sales, Sales, Post sales stages). - Distribute the leads on the Sales Team (Leads from all channels such as walk-ins ensuring correct data entry such as lead source). - Attend to walk-in customers and handle their queries related to their properties or general queries. - Perform all assigned tasks through case management system within agreed SLA. - Issue the reservation forms in accordance with Company policies and guidelines related to Booking of Units ensuring correct payment plans and proper document verification received from Sales Team. - Verify and follow up the Booking forms, Check lists, and all related documents of the bookings. - Maintain proper Filing (Soft & hard) of the booking form in Company’s assigned storage Methods (Shared Folder & archive). - Issue SPA after verifying the unit details as per approved RERD’s File and checking customer’s Documents ensuring customer eligibility to sign the SPA within agreed SLA. - Sign SPAs and explain to clients the important clauses in the SPA that he/she needs to be aware of and answer his/her inquiries accordingly. - Invite customers to sign the SPA by performing a calling and emailing exercise and sending approved drafts of invitations and legal invitations. - Send SPAs to customers via local & international courier services and handle the needed follow-up to ensure delivery, signature, and return of the SPAs back to the office. - Receive Attested SPA and inform, hand over the SPA to the client after required verifications. - Handle concession/resale cases with the legal department along with preparation of related MOU and NOC and follow up for an appointment with RERD ensuring Legal and Financial requirements are met within agreed SLA and guidelines. - Handle Cancellation & termination of defaulters of Booking on Both the Offer stage and Sale stage by coordinating with the Finance & Legal Dept and obtaining the required approval to finalize the process. - Keep records of customer interactions by adding the related activities through the CRM system. - Support Finance Department in any related pending payments with clients and accommodate their queries of changing the payment plan or availing discounts. - Perform any special tasks & exercises assigned by Supervisors & HOD. Desired Candidate Profile - Must have experience in Sales Purchase Agreement. - Candidate must be from real estate background. - Fluency in Arabic and English is a must. - Business writing skills in Arabic and English is a must. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
