Your Role

As a Project Logistics Control Tower Specialist, you will oversee and manage highly complex special projects that require flexible, adaptive approaches. If this sounds like the exciting challenge you're looking for, we'd love to hear from you—apply now!

Your Responsibilities

Coordinating large-scale projects from implementation to successful execution, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Managing domestic and international project transport operations across all modes of transport for both imports and exports.
Preparing transport documentation and handling customs clearance, in compliance with all internal compliance guidelines as well as legal provisions.
Collaborating with customers, business partners, and internal teams to guarantee smooth operations.

Your Skills and Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations across multiple geographies, including experience in the Middle East market.
Fluency in English.
Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and compliance requirements in the UAE and globally.
Strong understanding of multi-modal transportation, including air, sea, and road logistics.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and third-party service providers.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
