The Sales Specialists will be responsible for driving sales in our fast-paced bicycle stores located across the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate must have a passion for cycling, a deep understanding of the bicycle industry, and a proven track record in sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, hospitality mindset and the ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Stay up-to-date with product features, advantages and benefits.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements for the Role
- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role, ideally in the bicycle industry.
- Strong knowledge of bicycles and related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
