They have been operating as an independent business entity for the last three years, although their overall experience in Facilities Management (FM) spans more than 25 years. In addition to its core offerings, the company is also strongly committed to continue to diversify its portfolio of services to cater to evolving customer requirements. They boast a dedicated team of highly qualified and experienced FM specialists, further reinforcing the company's reputation as a quality-driven and results-oriented facilities management services company.Due to expansion, they are now seeking a Business Development Director to commercially coordinate all activities at different levels within the company, ensuring all divisions adhere to company policy and standards.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all divisions adhere to company policy and standardsProvide direction and support to all commercial staffMinimum RequirementsUniversity degree in related subject15+ years of commercial management experienceProven track record on delivering commercial success on major projectsSound understanding of contractual, commercial and financial functions on major projectsExcellent people management and leadership skillsTimely organizational and well-mannered communication skillsStrong negotiating abilities
