Arcus Search have partnered with a fast-growing FinTech in the Dubai and we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team and build & deliver the sales strategy. The company is currently engaged with countries across the globe, and they are looking for this individual to continue the growth with new Merchants in existing & new regions.

Role: Business Development Manager

Salary: 20,000 AED + 7% net revenue of each merchant onboarded

Location: Dubai

Required Skills / Experience:

Experience in working with High Risk Merchants

Payments experience

Excellent communication in English, and ideally another language

Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to create & close deals

Track record of meeting / exceeding monthly sales targets

Ability to travel around Europe

Job Responsibilities:

Work with the technology team to create the go-to-market strategy

Reach & bring on new Merchants, achieving your monthly KPIs

Handle the E2E onboarding of Merchants

Expand current Merchant accounts and build long-term relationships
