Our client, a leading Contractor with a strong presence within the UAE construction market, is currently seeking a Commercial Manager with vast experience in fit-out projects.You will be responsible for a number of packages with direct reporting to the Divisional Manager and Commercial Manager for the Specialist Division. Duties will include taking full commercial control of the project whilst utilising skills in pre-contract, post-contract, and claims.The ideal candidate will:Come from an interiors/fit-out/subcontracting backgroundHave a relevant degree qualificationExperience working in a high-end construction environmentHave current occupation in Dubai, but candidates working in the UK will also be suitableIn return, our client is offering a competitive salary and benefits.
