Business Development Manager – Outsourcing

Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation focused on providing professional service solutions across Europe, Asia, and Africa. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the General Manager in the Middle East region. This is a newly created role where you will be responsible for securing new contracts and bringing in new business. You will liaise with team members from various projects to brainstorm ideas. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Strategically approach and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  2. Conduct research and analyze competitors.
  3. Improve productivity and exceed client expectations.
  4. Identify business and operational requirements based on the objectives of each sector.
  5. Leverage your existing network and engage with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  6. Attend networking events to diversify your network.
  7. Be actively involved in preparing bids and proposals.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Tertiary qualification in business is ideal.
  2. Knowledge in BPO (Outsourcing) is essential.
  3. Well-networked in the UAE market.
  4. Fluent in English; Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
  5. Must be willing to travel extensively.
  6. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills are required; project management experience will be advantageous.
