NES Fircroft Permanent Placement division is looking for a Regional HR Manager based in the UAE. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage all aspects of HR operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent.
  3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  4. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  5. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  7. Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  8. Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  9. Provide support and guidance to HR staff and other employees when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
  10. Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  7. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
  3. Experience in the oil and gas industry would be valuable, but not essential.
