Job Description: Associate Planning Engineer (UAE National) Abu Dhabi, UAE Ready to take your engineering and/or management studies to the next level, and pursue a career in project management and controls? Parsons is now hiring an Associate Planning Engineer (UAE National) who will be integrated into the Project Controls team. We are searching for an enthusiastic self-starter who is committed to their career development and eager to learn and grow. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Participate effectively in the training program by shadowing the assigned mentor(s) to learn the required skills and knowledge.
  • Study the Company policies and plans and become familiar with relevant procedures and requirements.
  • Acquire necessary skills for various software, for which training will be provided by the company.
  • Perform tasks, as directed, which typically include developing time schedules, preparing reports and presentations, analyzing data, and providing recommendations.
  • Attend meetings and/or workshops and be ready to deliver presentations as may be required.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Research abilities and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with various software used in the Project Controls Department, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The previous internship experience is an advantage.
