We are looking to hire a Marketing Automation Specialist with three years experience in the Retail industry (Furniture, home furnishing, Lifestyle Category).This role is based out of Dubai to manage operations for the entire MENA and India region.Responsibilities:Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns, and nurture programs in a timely mannerWorking with stakeholders create and implement test strategies, including A/B multivariate testing that maximize conversionsOversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reportingSolid knowledge of email best practices and compliance across each funnel levelOther duties, as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business.Requirements:At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Tech-driven marketing campaigns (Email, BPN, APN)Exposure to marketing automation platforms like Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Netcore, etc.Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deploymentAdvanced level MS Excel to manage Database, Segment & ListExcellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentationMust have developed & implemented ROI driven 'Customer Journey' across the channel (Email/SMS/APN/BPN)
