Job details

We are looking for a Planning Engineer (Electromechanical) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

  • Responsibilities:
To coordinate with the project site team of engineers in preparing and updating the project schedules and preparing reports in accordance with the planning standards and analyzing information and recommending corrective actions to the project team leaders with the objective of keeping the project on track as per the contract schedule. Contract baseline schedule preparation with monitoring and control of progress and updating schedule using Primavera. Tracking the construction programme, re-scheduling and drawing catch-up plans and preparing all planning reports. To advise the Project Manager when actual progress deviates from the scheduled progress to strategize and re-align as per site condition. To participate in the progress meeting with Client & Consultant, to discuss the status of the project. Tracking progress on weekly and monthly updates. Submitting weekly and monthly progress reports and other required reports/charts for all projects as per client requirements. Notification of critical activities. Progress monitoring sheet. Compilation of correspondences, drawings, and other contemporaneous records with coordination of site staff. Preparation of cash flows and resource histograms as per client requirements. Preparation and submission of EOT and claims and demonstrate to the EOT/claims to client/consultant. Maintaining the delay events and notifying the client/consultant in coordination with the project manager.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering in Electrical/Instrumentation or any other equivalent discipline . Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Certificate in Primavera and MS Projects. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED 8,000 per month. #J-18808-Ljbffr
