As an Office Administrator, you will be the central point of contact for office related day to day requirements. You will have to be deadline driven, proactive, self-starter, dedicated and balance multiple tasks simultaneously, to ensure office supplies and atmosphere is up to the mark as well as per standard operating procedures.

In this role, you will:

  1. Coordinate office activities and operations efficiently with compliance to company policies.
  2. Assist Facilities Manager in vendor management.
  3. Provide administrative support to the office employees.
  4. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  5. Submit timely reports, such as in process/pending tasks and prepare proposals as assigned.
  6. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  7. Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/employee.
  8. Maintain general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  9. Purchase office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  10. Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  11. Perform other relevant duties when needed.
  12. Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors regarding in process/pending tasks.
  13. Report and rectify any maintenance issues if required.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum of secondary education. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. 3+ years of relevant experience.
  3. Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  4. Familiarity with Vendor & Subcontracts and facilities management.
