Job ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end process for customer orders - incl. export and local customers.Input and add products on the website.Respond to customer correspondence via phone, email, and other social media platforms.General administrative & secretarial work related to the business entity.Managing all our social media accounts and website.QualificationsMinimum 3+ years prior customer service experience.Positive customer service attitude.Effective verbal & written communication skills must be fluent in English.Ability to work with a team as well as independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and detail oriented.
