We are hiring Unit Manager for a reputed company in Dubai.Europeans or Eastern Europeans can apply.....ResponsibilitiesSupervise work at all levels.Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operation.Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standardsRequirements and skillsMostly preferred European Aspirants.Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is a plusUnderstanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelinesWorking knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantageExcellent customer service skills as well as a business mindsetDemonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solvingReliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressureOutstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detailDegree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management/ relevant field..Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):What's your visa status?what's your Salary expectation?what's your current salary?Are you from Europe/Eastern Europe?Do you speak Italian/German/French/Dutch/Ukrainian/Turkish/Russian/Serbian etc...
