- Develop the data center techno-commercial proposals.
- Manage complex bids and coordinate between multiple BUs and subcontractors/suppliers.
- Actively support DC consultants and end users on Eaton's data center portfolio.
- Build the capabilities with the Eaton Panel Builders.
- Pursue the xModular solution and build the technical expertise locally to support it.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required.
- Min 7 years of experience in electrical industry, preferably in data center solutions, UPSs, and prefab/modular solutions.
- Industry certifications such as Uptime Institute Design and/or TIA-942.

- Strong experience in modular and prefab data center solutions.
- Strong commercial background handling complex tender responses.
- Experience with all electrical systems such as Medium Voltage, Low Voltage switchgear, busways, UPSs, and white space equipment.
- Ability to work with local and regional teams in a multicultural environment.
- Strong communication skills managing multiple resources with a result-oriented mindset.
- Multitasking and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
