The role of Production Manager aims to oversee the production and manufacturing of cryogenic equipment (Columns and Cold boxes) and Non-Cryo equipment (APU vessels and skids) by managing resources at the production plant while ensuring all Safety, Risk Management, and Quality KPIs are met. This role will seek to optimize cost reduction and lead time in the area of production scope. In addition, this role shall look forward to being proactive and solution-oriented towards improvements in his field of competencies (i.e. Manufacturing, process/methods, equipment, and tools) and managing the team with outstanding leadership skills.Minimum Education & Technical Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Operations Management.Technical Qualification in related activities (such as Pressure Vessels, boilers, structural steels, and complex packages, piping).Certified Lean and/or Six Sigma Specialist.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Demonstrated understanding of the principles and applications associated with manufacturing operations, maintenance, and engineering.Principles of industrial management in all disciplines.Ability to understand and deploy Lean Manufacturing Practices.Familiarity with Pressure Vessel and/or Boiler Manufacturing & Operations.Possess outstanding communication skills.Oriented to problem-solving by possessing analytical and planning skills.Responsible for carrying out heavy fabrication & assembly of equipment similar to Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Columns, Storage Tank, Bullets, etc. as per CODES & STANDARDS viz.
