Job summary

MISSION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant with a focus on data entry and translation to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and proficient in translating documents between Arabic and English. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely entry of employee information and other HR-related data into our systems. Additionally, the HR Assistant will assist with translation tasks, ensuring clear communication across languages within the organization.

TASKS:

Accurately input and update employee records, including personal information, contracts, attendance, leave balances, and payroll data in the system.

Maintain organized records of HR data and ensure all information is up to date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

Verify and cross-check data entries for accuracy, rectifying any errors promptly.

Assist in generating HR reports, including headcount, leave, and payroll reports, ensuring data integrity.

Translate HR documents, forms, policies, and procedures from English to Arabic and Arabic to English as needed.

Support HR and other departments in translating communications for employees, including memos, emails, and announcements.

Ensure the accuracy and cultural appropriateness of translations, maintaining a high level of clarity and consistency.

Assist with filing and organizing employee records, ensuring confidential documents are securely stored.

Support the HR team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other employee engagement activities.

Assist in the preparation of employee contracts, ensuring all information is accurate and legally compliant.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

A minimum experience in a similar HR or administrative role is preferred.

Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English is required.

Familiar in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE;

Contract Duration: Long-term;

Starting Date: November 2024.
