As the Social Media Manager, you will create the comprehensive strategy of communication and engagement with top influencers, players, and partners on social networks like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or LINE. You will be responsible for increasing and building the brand, fostering a positive climate/buzz/hype, and establishing a feedback loop with partners and players via social networking. You'll be continuously tracking and measuring social engagement data to better optimize your strategy while learning more about the world players live in and the core gamer's digital community.Responsibilities:Creating and implementing a social media strategy to increase visibility and engagement on Twitter and LinkedIn.Developing and curating content that aligns with the values and goals of the CEO's personal brand.Engaging with followers and building relationships with key influencers in the industry.Monitoring social media metrics and analyzing data to optimize performance and reach.Collaborating with other team members, such as designers and copywriters, to create compelling content.Staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure the personal brand remains relevant and competitive.Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Continuously refining the social media strategy based on feedback and performance data to achieve desired results.Requirements:Strong understanding of social media platforms, in-depth knowledge of how Twitter and LinkedIn work, including their algorithms, best practices, and features.Experience creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the CEO's personal brand messages and values.Experience interacting with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.Strong analytical skills to analyze social media metrics and data to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to stand out on social media and capture the audience's attention.Ability to develop a social media strategy that aligns with personal brand goals and objectives and adapt it based on performance data and feedback.Time management and organizational skills to ensure content is posted consistently and on time.Prior experience managing social media accounts, particularly for personal brands or influencers, is highly desirable.Knowledge of social media tools: Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social can be beneficial for scheduling posts, analyzing data, and monitoring engagement.Passion for personal branding: An interest in personal branding and a desire to help individuals grow their online presence and influence is important for success in this role.We offer:Remote work from anywhere in the world.An excellent team with passionate members and a toxicity-free environment.A startup spirit.The chance to influence the project's success.Overall, your role as an SMM to develop the founder's personal brand through social media will be critical to building a strong online presence and growing the brand's influence and reach.Welcome to Farcana, a leading name in the AAA shooter gaming industry.
