To Be Successful In The Role You Will Have Strong experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment. Strong verbal & written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex information in a simplified manner. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Proven ability to deliver a excellent customer experience. Experience solving complex customer queries. Demonstrated accountability and follow through to see customer issues resolved.
