ASSISTANT HR MANAGER: (FRESHER ACCEPTED) Are you a dynamic HR professional looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant HR Manager to join our team at Eiger Marvel Human Resources Consultancies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Handle employee inquiries and grievances promptly and professionally.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs.
Conduct training sessions and workshops.
Monitor employee performance and provide career development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in HR, preferably in a consultancy environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
