We are seeking skilled and experienced Mechanical Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of construction experience within the GCC region, bringing valuable local expertise and cultural understanding to our projects. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical systems and components for our construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

Install and maintain mechanical systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate mechanical systems with other project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and supervise the installation of mechanical systems to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues that arise during the construction phase.
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of construction experience within the GCC region.
Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards applicable in the GCC region.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in mechanical tools, equipment, and diagnostic software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Arab nationals are strongly preferred, as we value the cultural understanding and local expertise they bring to our organization.
