Job details
Job Purpose: The job holder will be responsible for analyzing and providing HR data, translating this data into actionable recommendations to support organizational efficiency. This role focuses on optimizing organizational design (OD), enhancing workforce planning, and informing strategic HR decisions through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce reports to assist in analyzing the organizational structure, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations to optimize roles, reporting lines, and departmental efficiency.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics, including employee turnover, productivity, and compensation trends.
- Maintain and develop HR dashboards to monitor KPIs related to OD and workforce management.
- Generate reports for senior leadership and draft actionable insights to drive HR initiatives.
- Assist in managing HR projects related to OD, policy updates, and performance management improvements.
- Track project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely completion and alignment with HR objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other HR analytics tools.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR reporting, analytics, organizational design, or a similar role.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in HR metrics, workforce analysis, and organizational design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a talent for interpreting and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Experience in managing multiple HR initiatives and projects.
