Job Details Explore and assess novel benefits programs, plan designs, and cost adjustments. Facilitate monthly educational sessions on benefits for Team Members across different communication platforms. Engage in negotiations with vendors and administrators to ensure the acquisition of optimal plans, choices, and rates. Serve as the main point of contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators. Enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency by streamlining internal processes. Supervise day-to-day benefits processing, addressing enrollments, terminations, changes, and compliance testing.
