Job details

Oversee the recruitment and selection process including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding new employees.Maintain employee records and ensure they are accurate and uptodate.Manage payroll and benefits administration.Handle employee relations including addressing grievances and disciplinary issues.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.Coordinate training and development programs for staff.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Assist in organizing company events and teambuilding activities.Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment payroll benefits and employee relations.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Understanding of labor laws and regulations.Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.Benefits:Competitive salary packageOpportunities for career growth and developmentComprehensive benefits packageSupportive and collaborative work environmentHow to Apply:Interested candidates can send their CV/resume to email () or WhatsApp ().
