With over 3,000 people across 90 countries, we deliver quality pharmaceuticals to promote affordable healthcare in these emerging markets and leverage our high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities and network to supply leading companies through contract manufacturing and out-licensing.The PositionThe RoleThe position is based in Dubai, UAE, will report directly to Global Head of Supply Chain and your main responsibilities include:Drive and support the integration projects across Acino from Global supply chain.Drive standard process and governance across global supply chain functions once needed.Drive the strategic initiative from GSC across regions, site and countries.Focus on driving process optimization across the network within the GSC scope.Lead the PMO for all GSC transformation strategic projects.Coordination of Multi-functional Project teams in a Multi-Cultural environment.Control and Report multiple Projects across the global supply chain.Support the GSC Head in managing the performance of projects across the GSC function.Be active members of Preparing Business Cases for new Projects or BD projects.Lead Acino value creation projects with coordination and alignment cross functionally.This is the opportunity to join a very dynamic organization, where decisions are taken fast and where you can actively participate in shaping our future.Execution, Accountability, Multiplier, Growth Mindset and Explicit are Acino Behaviors.Who You AreSeveral years of project management and strategic supply chain projects.Solid experience in leading cross-function without authority.Strong leadership and effective business partnering capabilities.Proven ability to lead in a complex organization.Strong knowledge of the E2E supply chain management.Able to manage ambiguity in making decisions or recommendations based on potentially incomplete information.Capable of working across all functions and levels of an organization.Good business acumen to support the business in taking the right decisions.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Role model of our Values: courage, empathy, trust and commitment.We Are AcinoAt Acino, we push the boundaries to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical products that improve patients' lives.
