You will be responsible for crafting visually striking content that aligns with the Aloft brand standards, from promotional materials and social media content to in-house signage and event collateral.Key Responsibilities:Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to Marriott and Aloft brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.Creative Design: Develop eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, print materials, and on-property signage.Content Creation: Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce compelling digital content, including animations, videos, and visuals for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.Event Collateral: Design promotional materials for hotel events, including flyers, banners, invitations, and menus.Photography & Editing: Assist with hotel photoshoots and edit images to be used across various marketing platforms.Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technology, ensuring Aloft Abu Dhabi's marketing materials remain fresh, modern, and ahead of the curve.Collaboration: Work with internal departments such as F&B, Sales, and Events to create custom designs tailored to their specific needs and objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury industry.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects from digital to print.Understanding of social media platforms and their visual content requirements.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Photography and video editing skills are a plus.Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
