We are hiring a Business Development Manager - HR Services to join our dynamic team based in Dubai, UAE.About the Company:Our company is a Dubai-based recruitment agency offering expert talent acquisition and business consultancy services. We specialize in connecting companies with top talent while also providing consultancy for company formation, accounting services, and business growth in Dubai. With a strong understanding of the UAE market, we support businesses in building teams and achieving their goals.Key Responsibilities:Research industry trends and related events to identify innovative ideas.Conduct market research to uncover new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.Initiate and explore potential business opportunities by reaching out to prospective partners and discovering new avenues for collaboration.Schedule meetings with potential clients and secure deals by understanding their needs and addressing concerns.Identify new talent sourcing markets, emphasize diversity, and work with department heads based on market feasibility studies.Develop negotiation strategies by aligning new ventures with company goals, assessing risks and opportunities, and understanding partner needs.Prepare and submit sales reports for management review.Maintain accurate client contact records and track interactions.Requirements:5-10 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.2-4 years of experience in the HR & Recruitment industry.Strong network of contacts in the UAE/GCC market.Must have excellent communication skills.Benefits:Competitive Salary.Other Employee Benefits as per the UAE Labour Law.
