Job DescriptionAreas of ResponsibilityDeliver Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Net Revenue and Gross Margin targets of the business unit.Participate in identification of new business opportunities and prepare business proposals and negotiation of contracts.Focus on business development, increase market and brand visibility, and further expand the market share to widen business opportunities from small to big corporate clients.Arrange client appointments and perform sales presentations to clients related to the company products and services.Build market position by identifying, locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.Identify customer needs, handle customer inquiries received via email, phone, social media, and prepare quotations and proposals for each opportunity. Efficiently coordinate queries and resolve complaints.Execute sales opportunities/activities and provide progress updates through Salesforce. Utilize CRM - Salesforce to record all interactions with customers and ensure the integrity of customer information.Understand Lab 247 products and services, using these skills to close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.Establish networks with key customers and potential customers while maintaining strong customer relationships.Ensure that Lab247 is recognized as the industry leader in lab service and performance.Keep the Business Groups informed and aligned with all significant activities and initiatives.Execute the annual sales plan in line with the company strategic plan and budget.Maintain information on competitors' strengths, weaknesses, policies, pricing, services, etc., to increase the likelihood of winning bid situations.SkillsSales and Marketing
