Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the manufacturing group, aligned with overall company objectives.Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.Ensure adherence to the highest quality standards and safety regulations.Manage and develop a talented team of production, engineering, and quality personnel.Identify and implement new technologies and processes to optimize manufacturing operations.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal departments.Lead negotiations with vendors and secure the best possible pricing and terms.Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, providing insights into performance and operational metrics.Foster a positive and high-performance work environment that motivates and engages employees.Manage all aspects of the manufacturing budget and ensure financial targets are met.Requirements:Minimum of 10-20 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment.Design strategy and set goals for growth.Proven track record of successfully leading and growing the group's operation.Experience in planning and managing budgeting and P&L for the group.Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)Deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.Experience in managing budgets and achieving financial objectives.In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.Proficiency in using manufacturing software and data analysis tools.A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
