Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote our organization's objectives and initiatives Create engaging content for press releases, speeches, articles, and social media platforms Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders Proactively monitor and analyze public opinion and media coverage to identify opportunities and challenges Serve as a spokesperson for our organization, effectively conveying our key messages and responding to inquiries from the media and the public Coordinate and execute outreach events, such as press conferences and community forums Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational objectives Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field A minimum of 2 years of experience in public affairs or a similar role Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic communication plans Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools Familiarity with public relations practices and media relations Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
