Hiring an Office Assistant for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming visitors.

Answers the telephone.

Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the person's concern.

Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff.

Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.

Supporting staff with social events.

Ensure the office/pantry is clean at all times.

Key Requirements:

High school Diploma.

Two year experience as an office assistant.

Must have a willingness to learn.

Good communication skill.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
