Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Representative function is responsible for assisting customers in multiple capacities according to the requirements of the assigned property/location. This includes functions related to Parking Administration, Concierge, and Guest Service Operations.Parking Administration: Responsible for operating paid self-parking booths.Concierge: Responsible for performing Shop & Drop services in accordance with the given Guest service standards and SOPs.Guest Service Operations: Responsible for welcoming and bidding farewell to guests.What You Will Need To SucceedMinimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of basic spoken Arabic is an added advantage.High School Certificate/Diploma.Performance Driven Culture; What Will You Be Measured AgainstProviding customers with a world-class level of service to achieve defined customer satisfaction levels via professional & timely responses, business knowledge, and proactive identification of customer needs and requirements.Creating a welcoming atmosphere by having a pleasant personality and always greeting guests.Utilizing knowledge and information to accurately answer any questions from guests.Maintaining standards by communicating any problems or potential problems in your work surroundings.Conveying any grievances or requests that need to be addressed at a professional level.Adhering to location/site changes and site rotation as per company policy.Meeting grooming and hygiene standards set by the company.Ensuring all safety systems set by the company and clients are adhered to.Keeping an eye out for suspicious activity.Supporting management with additional tasks assigned, such as guiding guests for Dubai fountain, elevators, nearest exits, prayer rooms, food courts, etc.Parking Administration Function (Parking Attendant)Operate paid self-parking booths and process parking fees using a computer-based cash register system.Generate revenue reports and deposit daily revenue to finance.Use cash deposit machines for daily revenue submission.Prepare incident reports.Assist guests with directional information and answer various parking-related questions.Collect parking fees from customers/guests and issue receipts.Concierge Function (Shop and Drop Runner)Keep and retrieve guest shopping bags by following SOPs and safety practices.Guest Service Operation Functions (Doormen)Open doors, greet guests, and assist guests with directional information.Desired Candidate ProfileWelcoming Participants: Greet individuals and families as they arrive at recreational facilities or events, creating a friendly atmosphere.Providing Information: Offer clear and accurate information about programs, schedules, and activities.Assisting with Registrations: Help guests with the registration process and guide them through necessary paperwork or online systems.Addressing Concerns: Listen to participant feedback and address concerns promptly.Creating Engagement: Encourage participation in various activities and events.Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that recreational areas are clean and safe.Essential Skills:Communication: Strong verbal skills to effectively convey information and engage with participants.Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve customer concerns.Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with community members.Empathy: Understanding participant needs and providing tailored support.Organizational Skills: Keeping track of multiple activities and events.
