Administrative Support The Administrative Coordinator develops and coordinates logistics for ARC events such as the Academic Majors Fair and ARC Open House. This role works with all required offices including Finance, Procurement, and Events. In addition, the role handles all day-to-day administrative tasks including ordering supplies and booking meeting rooms. The Administrative Coordinator creates social media content such as Instagram posts and flyers, and markets ARC events and announcements online, including on the student portal and intranet. Furthermore, the incumbent coordinates all aspects of student staff hiring, which includes posting roles, organizing interviews, hiring, and managing student hours.
