Oversee the daily operations of the hotel restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and coordination of tasks. Collaborate with the head chef to design and update the menu, ensuring it reflects authentic and innovative Mediterranean dishes. Monitor food quality and presentation. Ensure efficient and smooth service delivery to meet or exceed guest expectations. Monitor and manage restaurant inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in service and quality. Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff performance. Schedule and manage staff shifts to meet operational requirements and maintain appropriate staffing levels. Maintain a high standard of customer service in both all-day dining and IRD sections, addressing guest concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Train staff in customer service principles, emphasizing guest satisfaction and retention. Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Monitor and manage the budget for all-day dining and IRD, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability.
