You'll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll manage Rolling Stock Warranty operations, driving reliability growth and leading field modifications. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Technical Teams, Logistics, and Quality Assurance), ensure optimal warranty work package QCD commitments, and much more.We'll look to you for:Defining the resource plan - Skills and number of resources - required and leading the recruitment plan if needed.Ensuring appropriate training, accreditation, and competency management.Preparing and implementing a reliability Growth plan to meet contractual commitments.Planning and organizing the warranty operations in collaboration with the technical team.Driving problem-solving by coordinating the actions of the relevant project stakeholders.Defining and updating train configuration hardware/software and quality level.Planning and implementing field modifications required in Dubai depots, organizing method, materials, and tools.Ensuring the follow-up of incidents and critical events of the system in warranty (RAM, report, etc.).Supporting the preparation of warranty spares lists and special tools with the Katowice unit, organizing onshore logistics, as well as the repair loop, interfacing with the Logistic department for materials, tools, and spare parts management.Optimizing the interface between the project team, the service provider(s), the suppliers (material availability, work prioritization), and commercial operations and maintenance.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline required.Experience of implementation of warranty or maintenance and of management of a technical team >20 people (at least 7 years of experience), in maintenance depots and with commercial rail lines.Railway technical knowledge of products and processes (Train or Metro, Signaling system) and Energy and track expertise.Operational efficiency with a knack for planning and workload management.Knowledge of warranty management / maintenance IS tools.Knowledge of railway safety rules and procedures and Alstom EHS rules and procedures.Operational efficiency: responsiveness and sense of initiative, familiar with planning and workload management.Experience of budget management.Risk management: quick decision-maker, sense of priorities when facing a problem.Resilience: in case of high pressure or stress, adopts a positive attitude and stays focused on goals.Transparent communication with team, colleagues and external stakeholders and suppliers.Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and familiarity with Railsys or Maximo.Things you'll enjoyJoin us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
