As Front Office Supervisor, you will lead the shift for Front Office operations while also keeping an eye on the other operational departments. Your focus is always to make sure our guests feel welcome and can enjoy the voco life.You are responsible for:Effectively supervise all services provided at the Front Office, ensuring they are always available and carried out efficiently as per the Departmental Operations Manual.Supervise responsible usage of all available systems and equipment at Front Office including PMS (Property Management System), credit card machine, key system, etc.Take endorsement from previous shift, follow up on any outstanding matters, and ensure the delivery/completion of service.Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through actively communicating with guests before, during, and after their stay.Ensure the quality of the hotel product is always at the highest possible level.Ensure all procedures regarding safety & security are updated and followed closely.In an emergency, serve as the first point of contact to the Emergency Response Team and coordinate the response.Communicate all pertinent information related to the expected arrival and departure of VIPs and key guests, ensuring all special guest requests are communicated to the right departments.Promote teamwork and lifestyle service through daily communication and coordination with other teams.Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive by connecting departments and creating a sense of one team. Act as Night Manager and execute night audit procedures while on shift during the night.Live the voco brand with pride, passion, and energy, creating and inspiring others to deliver memorable branded guest experiences.
