Job details
Main Duties:
Understand the requirements from customer (operators) and communicate with HQ.
Responsible for testing with customer using their test cases and obtaining TA (test approval) from the customer.
Requirements:
Having good knowledge on 5G/4G, VoLTE/VoNR, WiFi 5/WiFi 6, TR069, eSIM based test cases.
Must have the ability to deal with customer complaints and communicate with HQ to resolve issues on time.
Test engineer should have previous experience working with post-processing tools or chipset tools, as the job primarily involves capturing logs for issue analysis.
Must have basic Microsoft Office skills and a good command of English or Chinese; Chinese language is preferred.
Work experience with local operators is prioritized.
