Roles and Responsibilities Genuine service personality, with high EQ. Minimum of a high school diploma is required; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred. A minimum of one year experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company. A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional language is an asset. Conduct all operational tasks in F&B Service while living up to service standards and procedures. Go the extra (s)mile where you can. Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed. Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest's interests at heart. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement F&B strategies that align with the organization's goals and enhance the dining experience. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring efficiency and adherence to service standards. Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to create innovative and appealing menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences. Budget Management: Manage budgets for the F&B department, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability while maintaining quality. Staff Recruitment and Training: Hire, train, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high standards of service. Guest Experience Enhancement: Ensure exceptional service delivery, addressing guest feedback, and implementing improvements as needed.
