As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Specialist/Consultant at SearchPlus HR, you will play a critical role in delivering specialized surgical care for conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, and face.
About The Role
As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Specialist/Consultant, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various conditions related to the oral and facial regions. This includes performing complex surgical procedures such as extractions, jaw reconstruction, dental implants, and facial trauma reconstruction. You will also collaborate closely with other dental and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' oral and facial conditions, including medical and dental histories
Develop treatment plans and perform surgical procedures as needed
Perform extractions, jaw reconstruction, dental implant placement, and facial trauma reconstruction
Diagnose and treat oral diseases, infections, and deformities
Collaborate with other dental and medical specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery
Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery
Requirements
Dental and medical degrees
Proven experience in performing a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
Expertise in advanced surgical techniques and technologies
Deep understanding of the latest developments in oral and maxillofacial surgery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
