KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

Examine the progress reports of performance contracts and offer advice to ensure the proper planning and effective management of pertinent objectives.

Ensure thorough preparation of requirements for meetings with the General Commissioner, involving the concerned within in RTA and external consultants.

Evaluate progress reports of projects submitted by Masar entities, temporary teams, and shared committees.

Advise and support in building project management framework and dashboards.

Support in the comprehensive reporting of projects' overall performance, including relevant segmented categories.

Provide strategic insights that guarantee congruence and efficient management, leading to the attainment of desired outcomes.

Propose initiatives and offer ideas aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of functions within the Infrastructure, Urban Planning, and Wellbeing Pillar Affairs section.

Conduct strategic field visits to infrastructure, urban planning, and wellbeing projects, evaluating their alignment with performance indicators and government directions.

Establish a consistent and standardized flow of information from ALMASAR entities to the office of the general commissioner.

Incorporate leadership directives in relation to performance aspects of ALMASAR to guarantee their representation.

Provide guidance and suggestions concerning significant trends and subjects related to strategy execution and corporate performance.

Concentrate on areas requiring enhancement as identified in strategic performance reports, and verify their implementation.

Evaluate the progress reports of transformation roadmaps and offer guidance concerning the various work streams of the transformation efforts, along with their associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Supervise transformation initiatives within ALMASAR entities by directly engaging with the concerned within in RTA and external consultants.

Assess the progress reports of the Masar transformation office's roadmap, providing recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the undertaken initiatives.

Facilitate the establishment of efficient communication channels between concerned teams and entities in relation to the transformation work streams, achieved by reviewing and refining the responsibility matrix.

Evaluate global and local best practices through benchmarking, presenting suggestions for enhancements.

Develop and oversee communication plans with relevant authorities pertaining to the Infrastructure, Urban Planning, and Wellbeing Pillar.

Track the progress of committees and teams operating within the section.

Monitor technical and administrative correspondence related to affairs concerning infrastructure and wellbeing pillars.

Provide support to ensure alignment with goals and priorities.

Supervise progress and generate regular performance reports regarding the execution of the strategic roadmap for infrastructure and wellbeing initiatives.

Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Ensure the implementation of recommendations from His Excellency the Commissioner-General, strategically managing collaborations with Al Masar entities to achieve optimal outcomes.

Aid the decision-making process by evaluating strategic performance reports of ALMASAR entities and presenting key performance insights to the general commissioner.

Develop and execute a governance framework for the implementation of strategies and the management of corporate performance across ALMASAR entities.

Counsel ALMASAR entities on the measurement and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on established corporate performance practices and emerging trends pertinent to corporate performance management.

Evaluate the efficacy of corporate performance management practices within ALMASAR entities, ensuring alignment with Dubai's relevant goals and objectives.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from a recognized university.

Skills:

Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.

Bachelor's Degree: 11+ years of practical experience in the relevant field.

Master's: 9+ years minimum of practical experience in the relevant field.

Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.

Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
