HVAC Technician Job Description (Hotel Experience)

High school diploma/GED or equivalent years of work experience;

2+ years' experience in power generator and HVAC systems; Knowledge of plumbing systems and repairs. (Hotel Experience)

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems;

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC and plumbing systems;

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems.

Plumber Job Description (Hotel Experience)

High school diploma/GED or equivalent years of work experience;

2+ years of plumbing experience; Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.

Install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures;

Respond to plumbing emergencies;

Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.

Electrical Job Description (Hotel Experience)

To oversee prototype development and test products for safety;

Adjust products to meet engineering codes and safety standards;

Responsible for designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment, or products.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in plumbing/HVAC/Electrical engineering.

Proven project management capabilities.

Leadership experience in guiding and motivating teams.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
