Our client is a leading entity in Dubai embarking on an ambitious digital and organisational transformation program.Partner with business stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and challenges.Champion data-driven decision making by translating complex analytical results into clear and actionable insights tailored for business audiences.Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and prioritisation of analytics initiatives.Act as the 'voice of business' within the analytics team, ensuring projects align with business priorities and deliver tangible value.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and optimise data-driven strategies.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.Over 5 years' experience in a business-focused analytics role.Strong understanding of business and technical operations and the ability to translate them into data-driven questions and objectives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear and concise manner.
